These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Sonika Tyagi (“I” or “my”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.goldensunlife.com website, the products and services advertised on http://www.goldensunlife.com, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms of service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. I reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Service by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Service are posted.

You are 18 years of age or older. Accuracy and precision are not guaranteed. All information, communication and/or consultations with and from Sonika Tyagi and https://goldensunlife.com/ are for entertainment purposes only. None of the services and information from Sonika Tyagi and https://goldensunlife.com/ are intended to, nor should ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and psychological. Sonika Tyagi and https://goldensunlife.com/ accept no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and decisions any visitor, reader or client chooses to take or make based on information or services received from Sonika Tyagi and/or https://goldensunlife.com/. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Sonika Tyagi and https://goldensunlife.com/, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity. Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, display, share, distribute and/or archive any material, photo, content, etc. without express written permission from Sonika Tyagi, Owner and Publisher.

Terms of Service and Conditions: For entertainment only. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase my services. A general or broad question type is defined as a question that is intended to elicit messages and answers about or for multiple elements or angles of a topic. No refunds are provided for delivered services and products. For each refund that is provided, there is a small $5 admin and processing fee subtracted from the payment amount before the refund is sent to purchaser. Live services are defined as readings, mediumship and energy healing sessions and any other sessions in which the purchaser or relevant client and I interact in real-time. Expedited services and products are defined as services and products that are advertised and guaranteed to be delivered in less than 4 days from the time and date payment is submitted. I deliver live services only through the regular phone call mode to US-based and Canada-based individuals. If you are a US-based or Canada-based individual who purchases a live session with me, then you agree to receive your live reading or live service through the mode of a regular phone call. Except in the case of Energy Healing sessions, I deliver all other live services only through non-video calls on WhatsApp, FB messenger, and Skype to non-US and non-Canada-based individuals. [Remember, it is the Messages you receive that matter!] If you are a non-US-based and non-Canada-based individual who purchases a live session with me that is not an Energy Healing session, then you agree to receive your live reading or live service through the mode of a non-video call on WhatsApp, FB messenger or Skype. Please note that any time spent in working through technical issues during the block of time that makes up your confirmed appointment spot with me for your live session is counted toward the session minutes you have purchased. Live readings and other live service appointments with me are not extended to make up for time lost to working out technical issues prior to or during your appointment. Thus, I welcome each purchaser to request a 10 minute or less test of his or her WhatsApp, FB messenger and Skype connection with me at least 24 hours prior to his or her scheduled appointment. If technical issues are experienced during this test that takes place 24 hours prior to the purchaser’s confirmed appointment with me, then no refund will be issued and the purchaser will be offered the alternative delivery mode I provide for his or her order – a video recording delivery of the service or product purchased [placed on unlisted YouTube video]. I have been using these technology applications and phone lines to service clients without issues for multiple years. Refunds are not provided to individuals who claim on the day of the appointment that they are not able to attend their confirmed live service appointment with me due to technical issues, irrespective of whether or not they have previously tested their technical connection with me. If you are late by 10 minutes or more for your live service appointment due to any reason, including technical issues, or you do not arrive for your scheduled and confirmed live service appointment with me, then you must purchase a session again in order to reschedule your appointment with me, since I cannot immediately find another paying client to take the spot that you had me hold for your session as soon as I realize that you will not be attending your appointment with me. I will wait for you to arrive to your appointment for only the first 10 minutes. In the event that you, the purchaser find the mode of delivery for your non-expedited live session purchase disagreeable and you wish to cancel your non-expedited live service purchase and appointment with me due to this reason, then you must provide your cancellation notice to me by email within 8 hours of your payment time and date in order to receive a refund minus a small $5 admin and processing fee for the refund. No refunds are issued for any reason for expedited live service purchases. The delivery modes for live sessions are clearly stated and highlighted on the product purchase page for you to review prior to purchase.
For non-expedited live services and non-live video recording purchases: Non-expedited services and products are defined as services and products that are advertised and guaranteed to be delivered 14 days out from the time and date payment is submitted. To receive a refund, from which a small $5 admin and processing fee is subtracted, you, defined as the purchaser, must cancel your order within 8 hours of making payment to me by sending me an email to sonika(at)goldensunlife dot com. After those 8 hours, I limit the amount of reading and other service requests that I accept and spots held for you are not advertised to any other purchasers in order to ensure you receive your order and I deliver your service to you within the guaranteed timeframe I guarantee. It is your responsibility to be serious about your purchase of my good(s) or service(s) and provide me the required DOB and time zone information, including your clearly-defined schedule availability, immediately after you submit payment for your order. In the event that you are unable to follow my instructions for you to provide your DOB, time zone or clearly defined available dates and times [schedule availability] to me as I request, I reserve the right to cancel your order at my own discretion as you will be considered a nonserious purchaser and no refund will be issued to you. In this event, you agree to forfeit your full payment for your purchase to me.
For Non-expedited live phone or video call readings and other live services such as Energy Healing and Mediumship sessions: If you, the purchaser or client want to reschedule your live service appointment with me free of charge, you must email me at sonika at goldensunlife dot com requesting for a reschedule at least 96 hours [4 days] prior to your upcoming confirmed appointment date and time. If you email me with your request to reschedule your live service appointment with me less than 96 hours [less than 4 days] prior to your upcoming confirmed appointment date and time, then please note that in this event you will have unfairly held up a spot that could have been provided to another purchaser for an expedited live service appointment, but was not able to be advertised to other purchasers due to your short notice reschedule request, and thus you the purchaser or client must repurchase a live service option from my website in order to reschedule your live service appointment with me. The option you purchase as part of your reschedule will dictate the number of minutes you ultimately reschedule for. Please be serious about receiving the service or product you have purchased. Please do not purchase a live reading or service if you are not serious about receiving the service or are unable to properly provide your DOB, time zone and clearly-defined schedule availability for the live service you have ordered within 3 days of submitting your payment. You are allowed to reschedule your live service appointment with me up to 2 times. In the event that you are unable to follow my instructions for you to provide your DOB, time zone and clearly defined available dates and times [schedule availability] to me within 3 days of submitting your payment for your live reading or service or in the event that you request to reschedule your already twice-rescheduled live service appointment with me [thus making a 3rd reschedule request], I reserve the right to cancel your order at my own discretion as you will be considered a nonserious purchaser and no refund will be issued to you. In all of these events, you agree to forfeit your full payment for your non-expedited live service phone or video call session to me. Your nonserious session purchase will have resulted in unfair and unnecessary holds in my schedule. Therefore, please ensure you have flexible availability for the first 14 days from your payment date for an appointment with me before you decide to purchase a non-expedited live phone or video call session. It is your responsibility to use the contact form or email provided [sonika at goldensunlife dot com] to reach out to me right after you submit payment.
For Expedited Service and Product Purchases: After payment is submitted by purchaser, no refunds are provided under any circumstances for readings or services that are requested for delivery within 3 days (less than 4 days) of purchaser’s payment time and date. Please note that due to the demanding and expedited nature of expedited reading purchases, in order to reschedule your expedited live reading or live service appointment with me, you the purchaser or client must repurchase an expedited live service option from my website. Once a date and time is confirmed for your expedited live service appointment, it can only be rescheduled after you, the purchaser or client submit payment for another expedited live service or reading. The option you purchase as part of your reschedule repurchase will ultimately dictate the number of minutes you reschedule for. (As soon as an expedited purchase is made, I limit my acceptance of additional expedited reading requests, a placeholder spot is held for you, the purchaser, and the deliveries of nonexpedited purchases are pushed out automatically. Purchases made by other clients are delayed in order to accommodate the expedited purchaser (you) and to ensure that he or she receives his or her reading or service within the guaranteed timeframe posted on my website for an expedited purchase.) If more than 1 hour passes since the time stamp of when you purchased an expedited delivery reading or service from me and you still have not sent to me your contact form Date of Birth and time zone, then no refund is issued. You, the purchaser, agree that by purchasing an expedited live service session from me, which you understand is to be delivered to you within less than 4 days from your payment date, that you will provide your DOB, time zone and schedule availability, which is defined as clearly defined and reasonable dates and times, to me within 8 hours of the ‘Sent date and time’ of my email in which I first request your availability and these details, so that I am able to confirm to you a mutually-suitable appointment date and time for your expedited reading or service and deliver your order to you within less than 4 days from your payment date. In the event that you are unable to follow my instructions for you to provide your DOB, time zone and clearly defined available dates and times [schedule availability] to me as I request, I reserve the right to cancel your order at my own discretion as you will be considered a nonserious purchaser and no refund will be issued to you. In this event, you agree to forfeit your full payment for your expedited live phone or video call session to me. Your nonserious session purchase will have resulted in unfair and unnecessary holds in my schedule. Therefore, please ensure you have flexible availability in your schedule for within 3 days from your payment date before you decide to purchase an expedited live phone or video call session. It is your responsibility to use the contact form or email provided [sonika at goldensunlife dot com] to reach out to me right after you submit payment. For readings or services scheduled for delivery within 3 days of when you, the purchaser provide me your payment, no refunds are provided since it is not easy to find a replacement reading for your spot on such short notice. If you cancel your expedited order, then your full payment for your order will be forfeited.
Additional Terms and Conditions: I am not obligated to provide additional information, service and support of any kind, in any form, free of charge to purchaser at any point after purchaser’s order is delivered. For additional information and insights, please purchase one or more of my services. In the event that I indicate to you in writing that I will no longer be providing any of my services or products to you (and thus you should not make any further payments to me for my services or products), and you thereafter still proceed to submit payment(s) for any service or product to me through this website, then your payment(s) will be refunded to you minus a $14 admin fee for each refund issued to you by me. I will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning service delivery. If there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your (the purchaser) responsibility to inform me of the error as soon as possible. If you are late by 10 minutes or more for your live session appointment with me, then the appointment will not be extended to make up for the lost time due to your late arrival. [However, if I, Sonika Tyagi, am late for my scheduled live service appointment with you by any chance, I definitely will ensure you receive all of the minutes you paid for.] If you (live service client) do not use up all of the scheduled and allotted minutes during a live session, then no refund is provided for the unused session minutes. I reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. I may at any time change or discontinue my services, subject to me fulfilling my previous responsibilities to you (the purchaser) based on acceptance of your payment. No order is deemed accepted by me until payment has been processed and completed for the order. A nonlive service (i.e., email service or reading or video recording) is considered delivered once I have sent the email service or the video file to the purchaser via email, with the delivered date and time of the order being defined as the (Sent) date and time of the email sent by me (to the purchaser) that provides you video file access. No refunds of any kind are given after this sent date and time delivery point. For personal readings and any of my other services delivered on unlisted YouTube video to you, you have the right to edit and delete your delivered video(s) on YouTube at any time. I maintain no control over your delivered unlisted YouTube video reading(s) after you have been provided with the link to the video that allows you to have access to your video. For email readings and services and prerecorded video readings and services, the purchaser is responsible for providing me and confirming with me that I have received the correct email address to which I am to deliver the purchased email reading service in written form or links to the prerecorded video files.
You agree that all feedback text provided to me by you through forms on goldensunlife dot com, this website, or through email to me about my services and your client experience, past or current, may be used by me as testimonials with all personal identification text removed from the testimonials to protect your privacy. I take your privacy seriously. If you submit feedback to me using any form on goldensunlife dot com, then you agree that I, Sonika Tyagi may remove all personal identification information from your feedback text and publish your edited feedback on this website [and on any successor website that I may operate from time to time], on such page and in such position as I may determine in my sole discretion. You further agree that in order to remove your personal identification information from your feedback text [i.e., testimonial], I may edit your testimonials and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonials. However, I will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views about me, my services or your client experience with me. You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, reviews, testimonials or other information (“Submissions”) provided by you to me, Sonika Tyagi shall become my sole property. I shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You hereby waive all moral rights to any such Submissions, and you hereby warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against me, Sonika Tyagi for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.
By purchasing any service, product or reading from me, you agree to these terms of service and conditions.
